পণ্য যাচাই.কম থেকে কেনা পণ্য রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি

১) পন্য হাতে পেয়ে অবশ্যই ডেলেভারিম্যান এর সামনে চেক করে নিবেন, সমস্যা হলে সাথে সাথে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। ডেলেভারিম্যান পণ্য ডেলিভারি দিয়ে চলে আসার পরে অভিযোগ করলে তা গ্রহন যোগ্য হবে না।

২) পরবর্তীতে সমস্যা হলে, যদি পণ্যর ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে তবে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত হবে।

৩) পোশাক আইটেম এর ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র সাইজ এবং রং যদি বিবরণ অনুযায়ী মিল না থাকে সে ক্ষেত্রে শপ রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড করা হবে ।

৪) ঢাকার বাহিরে কুরিয়ায়ে ডেলিভারি প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে মেনুফেকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকলে আমাদের হটলাইনে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

৫) ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য পরিবর্তনযোগ্য। এক্ষেত্রে আমরা পণ্যে ত্রুটি পর্যবেক্ষণ করে তা পরিবর্তন করার পদক্ষেপ গ্রহন করবো।

৬) ঢাকার বাহিরের ক্ষেত্রে,শুধুমাত্র কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৭) পণ্য যাচাই.কম এর ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা পণ্য-বিবরণী দেখে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য যদি বিবরণ এর সাথে মিলনা থাকে, তবে তা পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে।

৮) নির্দিষ্ট কারনে পণ্য রিটার্ন দেয়ার পর অথবা গ্রহণযোগ্য কারনে মূল্য রিফান্ড করতে ০৩ থেকে ০৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। তবে ১২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে মূল্য রিফান্ড হয়ে যাবে।

৯) কুরিয়ার এর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা অবশ্যই পণ্য ভাঙ্গা থাকলে অথবা প্যাকেট ছেঁড়া থাকলে কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করবেন না। কুরিয়ারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পণ্য ক্রেতা গ্রহণ করলে তা নিজ দায়িত্বে করতে হবে এবং এই ব্যাপারে পরে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

১০) সম্মানিত ক্রেতাগন যদি পেমেন্ট করার সময় কোন প্রকার ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে রিফান্ড করার সময় ক্যাশব্যাকের সমপরিমান টাকা কেটে রাখা হবে।

2) In case of a later problem, if the product has a warranty, it will be covered by the warranty.

4) In case of manufacturing defects in products delivered by courier outside Dhaka, our hotline should be reported within 24 hours.

5) Defective products are exchangeable. In this case, we will observe the defect in the product and take steps to change it.

6) For outside Dhaka, only courier charges will be applicable.

7) If the purchased product matches the product description on the ponnojachain.com website, it will be changed.

8) It may take 03 to 07 working days to refund the product after returning the product for specific reasons or acceptable reasons. However, the price will be refunded within 12 hours.

9) In the case of a courier, the buyer must not accept the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the goods are damaged in the courier, the buyer will have to do so at his own risk and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.

10) If the esteemed customer has received any kind of cashback at the time of payment, then the amount equal to the cashback will be deducted while making the refund.
